Ingrid Kaczmarek, Business Coach and Life Coach
Ingrid Kaczmarek,
Owner/Coach of Focus Coaching & Consulting, Inc., provides one-on-one coaching services in Life and Business matters. She has coached fellow business owners since the mid-80's and was Certified by the National Association of Business Coaches in 2001. Focus Coaching works with business owners, executives and professionals who value their time, want to enhance their results and the quality of their life.

She was President, CEO and owner of Datapro Systems Int'l, Inc., a computer software and support firm. After initially being one of two partners in a similar endeavor begun in 1977, she launched her own firm, specializing in the advertising industry, in 1982. Her client base stretched from coast to coast in the United States, into Canada and across the oceans to England and Indonesia.

She has been written about and quoted in several local newspapers as well as statewide magazines regarding her philosophy on treatment of employees, international business, and the importance of getting involved in public policy. She works tirelessly on issues to help improve opportunities for economic independence of women.

Her accomplishments:

  • Member of Cleveland Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners since 1983, she has served on the board in various capacities, including President 1987-1989]
  • Instrumental in affecting affiliation of local chapter with national Association (NAWBO) in 1992
  • Served on the National Public Affairs and Economic & Corporate Development Councils
  • Served 6 years on Board of Directors of Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE), the small business arm of the Greater Cleveland Growth Association (the largest Chamber of Commerce in the U.S.)
  • Lobbied members of Congress (in capacity as COSE board member) on behalf of small business owners.
  • Served on the SBA Advisory Council
  • Served on Board of Directors of the Women Business Owners Fund (WBOF) since 1992.
  • Received SBA's Small Business Exporter of the Year Award in 1985
  • Named WBOA's Woman Business Owner of the Year, 1987
  • Awarded the Volunteer of the Year, 1993, in recognition for launching the first Corporate Partner program for NAWBO Cleveland
  • Honored as one of Top 20 WBO's in Northeast Ohio in May of 1996
  • Received Networking award from NAWBO Cleveland, 1996
  • Listed as on of 87 Women of Influence in Crain's Cleveland Business, 1997
  • Received SBA's Advocate for Women Business Award, 1988
  • Member of the Cleveland Chapter of the International Coaching Federation, Coachville and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, 2002

Nancy Allen
Founder and President of Impact Coaching , a Registered Corporate Coach, Certified Executive Coach, and a Training Professional with over fifteen years experience in designing and conducting one-on-one coaching and group training sessions.

Her coaching and training is designed to support the concept of ongoing learning and personal and professional development. Certified in many nationally known training programs, such as DiSC, DDI, TTI, and Zenger Miller, she offers interventions focused on results. She is authorized to conduct the Registered Corporate Coach Certification Training Program, recognized by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. (WABC)
She has worked with many organizations both locally and nationally conducting professional workshops, and coaching. Additionally, Nancy has provided services in the areas of assessment, leadership, teambuilding, sales, and career development.

Nancy has a Masters Degree in Counseling from John Carroll University, a Bachelors Degree in Education from Kent State University and is a graduate of a two-year professional program from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She has completed several courses in specific coach training from Coach University, the Coach Training Institute, and the National Association of Business Coaches.

She is Past President of the Greater Cleveland Chapter of the American Society for Training & Development and is Vice President of Programs in the Atlanta chapter. Nancy is a member of the International Coach Federation, Coachville and the National Association of Business Coaches.

Larry Katz brings to coaching 35 years of diverse, successful experience in marketing, manufacturing and management. Larry was sales training director, and Assistant Vice President of Advtg for NYSE a consumer products firm. He was Vice President of Marketing and President of manufacturing for a specialty machinery firm and CEO and owner of a plastics converter/manufacturer.

Larry has held Leadership roles as a Board Member and Officer in many community activities. He is active in motor sports as an instructor and holder of regional racing championships. He is a member of the National Association of Business Coaches (NABC) where he is designated as a Registered Corporate Coach. Larry's background uniquely qualifies him to coach leaders in large organizations as well as entrepreneurs. He is affiliated as a coach and consultant with C&P Advisors. Larry has a BS in Finance, and MBA in Marketing, from Ohio State University.

Larry specializes in working closely with executives in a consulting and business coaching role. His concentration is on recognizing and developing the core competencies of client's management and staff. Ranging from one-to-one coaching to strategic planning, he brings experience, skills and training to focus on the improvements required for an organization's success in today's challenging business environment.
