She was President, CEO
and owner of Datapro Systems Int'l, Inc., a computer software and
support firm. After initially being one of two partners in a similar
endeavor begun in 1977, she launched her own firm, specializing
in the advertising industry, in 1982. Her client base stretched
from coast to coast in the United States, into Canada and across
the oceans to England and Indonesia.
She has been written
about and quoted in several local newspapers as well as statewide
magazines regarding her philosophy on treatment of employees, international
business, and the importance of getting involved in public policy.
She works tirelessly on issues to help improve opportunities for
economic independence of women.

Nancy Allen
Founder and President of Impact Coaching , a Registered Corporate
Coach, Certified Executive Coach, and a Training Professional with
over fifteen years experience in designing and conducting one-on-one
coaching and group training sessions.
Her coaching and training
is designed to support the concept of ongoing learning and personal
and professional development. Certified in many nationally known
training programs, such as DiSC, DDI, TTI, and Zenger Miller, she
offers interventions focused on results. She is authorized to conduct
the Registered Corporate Coach Certification Training Program, recognized
by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. (WABC)
She has worked with many organizations both locally and nationally
conducting professional workshops, and coaching. Additionally, Nancy
has provided services in the areas of assessment, leadership, teambuilding,
sales, and career development.
Nancy has a Masters Degree
in Counseling from John Carroll University, a Bachelors Degree in
Education from Kent State University and is a graduate of a two-year
professional program from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She
has completed several courses in specific coach training from Coach
University, the Coach Training Institute, and the National Association
of Business Coaches.
She is Past President
of the Greater Cleveland Chapter of the American Society for Training
& Development and is Vice President of Programs in the Atlanta
chapter. Nancy is a member of the International Coach Federation,
Coachville and the National Association of Business Coaches.
Larry Katz
brings to coaching 35 years of diverse, successful experience in
marketing, manufacturing and management. Larry was sales training
director, and Assistant Vice President of Advtg for NYSE a consumer
products firm. He was Vice President of Marketing and President
of manufacturing for a specialty machinery firm and CEO and owner
of a plastics converter/manufacturer.
Larry has held Leadership
roles as a Board Member and Officer in many community activities.
He is active in motor sports as an instructor and holder of regional
racing championships. He is a member of the National Association
of Business Coaches (NABC) where he is designated as a Registered
Corporate Coach. Larry's background uniquely qualifies him to coach
leaders in large organizations as well as entrepreneurs. He is affiliated
as a coach and consultant with C&P Advisors. Larry has a BS
in Finance, and MBA in Marketing, from Ohio State University.
Larry specializes in
working closely with executives in a consulting and business coaching
role. His concentration is on recognizing and developing the core
competencies of client's management and staff. Ranging from one-to-one
coaching to strategic planning, he brings experience, skills and
training to focus on the improvements required for an organization's
success in today's challenging business environment.
